On Friday, April 4, former Lakeland High School standout Keirstin Roose’s current college team, the Coastal Carolina Chanticleers, lost 2-1 in their NCAA Division I softball game against the Georgia Southern Eagles.

The game took place at Eagle Field. This was their first matchup against the Eagles this season.

The Chanticleers’ next game is scheduled for Saturday, April 5 at 3 p.m. at Eagle Field against Georgia Southern Eagles.
