Tuesday, Feb. 25: Lakeland High School standout Keirstin Roose’s college team wins to Winthrop Eagles

On Tuesday, Feb. 25, former Lakeland High School standout Keirstin Roose’s current college team, the Coastal Carolina Chanticleers, won 8-0 in their NCAA Division I softball game against the Winthrop Eagles.

The game took place at St. John Stadium. This was their second matchup against the Eagles this season.

The Chanticleers’ next game is scheduled for Friday, Feb. 28 at 4 p.m. at St. John Stadium against Wisconsin Badgers.
