The Michigan Intercollegiate Athletic Association (MIAA) has announced the 2022-23 Indoor Track and Field All-MIAA recipients and league MVPs. Sophomore Ethan Spahr was tabbed MIAA Field MVP as well as All-MIAA while senior Jake Gladieux was All-MIAA after winning the 60-meter hurdles.

Spahr scored points for the team in all three jump events. The Osseo, Michigan native was All-MIAA by winning the long jump with a score of 6.65 meters (21' 10.00"). In the triple jump, Spahr placed fourth overall by going 12.76 meters (41' 10.50") and the high jump saw Spahr reach a height of 1.86 meters (6' 1.25"). He becomes the first MIAA Field MVP since Jeffery Barnett won the award in 2017 and the third in program history.

Gladieux became a four-time champion for the MIAA in the 60-meter hurdle event on Saturday to earn All-MIAA honors. The sprinter from Oregon, Ohio topped the field with a time of 8.13 seconds and took eight-hundredths of a second off his preliminary time. Gladieux also competed in the 200-meter dash and was a participant in the 4x400-meter relay team. In the 200-meter dash, he was third overall with a time of 22.52 seconds and the 4x400-meter relay team was seventh (3:48.32).
