Join us at Sutton's Deli in their event room for November's Lunch and Learn on Tuesday, February 28th at noon.
The guest presenters are Kevin Bontrager and Michael Ready with Summit Financial Group, they will guide you through the issues affecting employers today with keeping top talent and how nonqualified deferred compensation (NQDC) plans could be the answer. You'll learn the basics of NQDC, how they work, the advantages and disadvantages for both employee and employer, as well as a couple of hypothetical examples.
Kevin is a founding partner of Summit Financial Group and has almost 20 years of experience in working with business owners and executives, with a focus on business planning and executive benefits. Michael is a retirement plan specialist with Summit Financial Group and during his 16-year career, he’s built world-class retirement programs for companies of all sizes.
